The ideal candidate will manage stock operations, ensuring all daily tasks are completed on time, and have 5-8 years of similar experience, as well as proficiency in administrative procedures. The position offers a permanent role with benefits including a hospital plan contribution, provident fund, and paid leave days.

Job DescriptionThe Company is seeking a reliable and process-driven individual to join the Stores department.

The successful candidate should have sufficient understanding and experience of all administrative procedures and processes required in order to ensure the smooth operational running of the department.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all daily Store tasks are completed on timeIssue requested stock items to various departmentsProcess daily stock items issued to various departmentsComplete Inventory cycle counts on stock itemsConduct inventory stock take when requiredRaise any cycle count variances with managerOffloading of stock deliveries by suppliersChecking of deliveries against delivery notesReceipting of deliveriesMaintain minimum and maximum stock quantitiesRequirementsGrade 12 preferably with Mathematics or AccountancyRelevant Qualification or Certification is preferred (Stores, Technical, Purchasing etc.)At least 5-8 years' experience in a similar positionComputer proficiency; packages required : MS Office with Excel and Inventory ManagementAbility to work under pressure without supervisionBe prepared to work after-hours, overtime including weekendsForklift licence is an advantageDesirable AttributesGood communication skills both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and accuracyPrepared to work overtime when requiredAbility to multi-task and manage a demanding workload in a pressurised environmentAbility to effectively communicate with people on all levelsBe self-motivated and results drivenDisciplined in following procedures when executing tasksPhysically mobile and energeticPlanning, decision making and analytical skillsBe assertive and have a mature approachBe able to work both independently and in a teamGood time management skillsHigh work standardsAbility to follow rulesBe organised and keep their work area neat and tidyLogical and detail orientated methodologiesCommitment to a strong business ethic and integrityOther InformationJob type : Permanent positionBenefits include
