Duties and Responsibilities

• Smooth & accurate processing of export documentation
• Communication with clients with regards to shipping updates & documents
• Producing accurate records of every shipment
• Efficent warehouse execution
• Customs export documents are processed accurately & on time

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain & Exports
• Related degree or diploma is advantageous
• Indepth knowledge of export documentation and processes and customs compliance
• Proficient in packing standards for containers / Air in fragile, bulk, hazardous
• Firm knowledge of costings (CBM vs Volumetric vs Actuals)
• Strong excel, Sage One, data analysis and cost tracking skills
• Coordination of shipments & vendors - international and local
• Process optimization
• Warehouse processing skills - GRV and GRN documentation
