Our client, a proudly data-driven solutions company that transforms in-store execution to empower brands and retailers with intelligent insights,is committed to helping clients turn raw retail data into actionable outcomes through innovation, automation, and advanced AI technology.They are currently seeking a Supplier Replenishment Analyst (SRA) to join their dynamic team based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses. Initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Replenishment Planning: Develop and execute replenishment plans based on demand forecasts, lead times, and other relevant factors.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, inventory trends, and market conditions to identify improvement areas.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order or shipment issues. Maintain strong supplier relationships and communication channels.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, warehouse, and logistics. Communicate proactively with suppliers regarding replenishment strategies and performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, fill rates, and other KPIs. Provide actionable insights to support management decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce costs.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and update inventory management systems with accurate data and replenishment schedules.
  • Problem Solving: Address stock-outs, overstocks, and supply chain disruptions efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
