A leading global engineering company is seeking a Supplier Quality / Development Engineer to support manufacturing processes and improve supplier quality. Successful candidates will have a degree in engineering and strong problem-solving skills. This role requires collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. We are looking for a Supplier Quality / Development Engineer (External Supply Chain) to join our global team. This role can be based in either Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea or Seletar, Singapore and will focus on supporting manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives across our supplier base.
You will provide technical support to manufacturing operations, ensuring processes meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time objectives (SQCD). This is a vital role in maintaining the high standards of Rolls-Royce products and in enabling our suppliers to deliver Right First Time.
Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defense vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.
