We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our footwear and apparel store team in V&A.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, hands‑on individual who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and has a strong passion for youth culture, skate, music, and fashion. The ideal candidate is sales‑and KPI‑driven, with great leadership potential and the ability to inspire their team while acting as a brand ambassador.

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting store management, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead by example, ensuring operational excellence and helping to create an energetic, connected, and high‑performing store culture.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
