About the role..
This is not a traditional traffic or agency-style role. This is an in-house role at the heart of a high-functioning global skincare brand. You'll be responsible for managing the flow of packaging and advertising artwork across over 165 markets. That means working closely with internal stakeholders, leading a small team of artworkers, and ensuring brand consistency at scale. It's a highly detail-oriented, process-driven position that enables creative work to happen smoothly and efficiently — without you needing to be a designer yourself. What the job involves..
Leading the packaging and advertising artwork process across 165 markets
Overseeing artworkers and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality
Using custom global systems to localise creative and packaging
Simplifying complex processes and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration
Working closely with marketing, product and regulatory teams
Managing projects from start to finish with laser-focus attention to detail
Holding your own with confidence in a globally-minded, detail-obsessed team
What you need to be considered..
Minimum 8 years’ work experience
Strong project management skills — this is a detail-heavy, process-led role
No design experience required, but an appreciation for design and advertising is essential
Experience in packaging, print or global brand environments a plus
Fascination with language, human behaviour, and how consumers think
Strong sense of self, confidence without ego
Ideally a postgraduate qualification
Comfortable leading a small team and owning a key area of the business
