About our client..

One of the world’s most efficient skincare businesses, this global company has grown from a small local brand to an international success story — now operating in over 165 countries. They run on tight systems, sharp thinking, and a deep curiosity about human behaviour. With in-house platforms for localising packaging and creative globally, they’re building a best-in-class team to make it all happen.

About the role..

This is not a traditional traffic or agency-style role. This is an in-house role at the heart of a high-functioning global skincare brand. You'll be responsible for managing the flow of packaging and advertising artwork across over 165 markets. That means working closely with internal stakeholders, leading a small team of artworkers, and ensuring brand consistency at scale. It's a highly detail-oriented, process-driven position that enables creative work to happen smoothly and efficiently — without you needing to be a designer yourself. If you’re energised by structure, love bringing order to creative processes, and have a sharp eye for quality, this could be your perfect fit.

What the job involves..

Leading the packaging and advertising artwork process across 165 markets

Overseeing artworkers and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality

Using custom global systems to localise creative and packaging

Simplifying complex processes and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration

Working closely with marketing, product and regulatory teams

Managing projects from start to finish with laser-focus attention to detail

What you need to be considered..

Minimum 8 years’ work experience

No design experience required, but an appreciation for design and advertising is essential

Experience in packaging, print or global brand environments a plus

Fascination with language, human behaviour, and how consumers think

Strong sense of self, confidence without ego

Ideally a postgraduate qualification

Comfortable leading a small team and owning a key area of the business

Bonus points if you..

Have international experience or have worked across multiple markets

Are intuitive, introverted but quietly confident

Thrive in structured, system-oriented environments

Are a naturally organised person who notices everything others miss
