Job summary

The Legends Agency is seeking a StudentCare Team Lead in Gardens, Cape Town, to oversee the StudentCare team in-office. This role requires hands-on leadership, daily coaching of staff and strong student-facing communication to ensure high-quality support and timely responses.

You will manage enrolments, provide technical assistance, conduct KPI reporting, and drive continuous improvement of processes. The position offers 37.5 hours per week across Mon-Sat with a competitive salary in the SA

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT proficiency with online platforms, CRM systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running and development of the StudentCare team.
• Serve as the first point of contact for student queries via email and phone.
• Facilitate enrolment processes, including online orientations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
• Conduct regular 1:1 coaching calls with students for study planning and guidance.
• Coordinate with teams to address student complaints and improve processes.
• Deliver exam preparation support and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage team and webinar scheduling; report KPI data and reviews.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members; pursue process improvements.
