We are looking for a security / front desk officer to oversee our student residence.Duties : Student Welfare & SupportAct as the main contact for students onsite.Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students.Be a positive, approachable, and welcoming presence for students, while also maintaining firmness when enforcing rules — achieving a fair and balanced approach is crucial.Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive living environment.Address student concerns and mediate conflicts as needed.Residence ManagementSupervise House Keeping staff and Maintenance team, ensuring that all facilities and common areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.Inspect facilities regularly and report issues promptly to management, coordinating repairs or follow-ups as needed.Oversee front desk operations of the residence.Manage student check-ins and check-outs.Enforce residence rules, curfews, and codes of conduct.Ensure common areas and facilities are kept clean, safe, and functional.Report any maintenance issues promptly.Job Type : Full-timePay : R
