Student Administration and Support Team Leader : Assessment & Results

STADIO Higher Education is inviting applications for the position of Team Leader : Assessments & Results at the Krugersdorp Distance Learning Campus, to manage the operational aspects of the Assessments & Results processes and staff, and the coordination of examination processes for STADIO nationally.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and implement CL and DL examinations for STADIO
  • Ensure all SOPs and security measures are followed and adhered to
  • Handle examination venue changes, new venue sourcing, and address complaints regarding venues
  • Manage concessions, disabilities and special requests in respect of examinations
  • Plan, train and manage Invigilators (including approval & QA of contracts and claims)
  • Co-ordinate the logistics and packing, unpacking, batching and verification of examination scripts
  • Setup and execute international exams
  • Report on all examination-related events to the Registrar and recommend improvements
  • Capture & QA marks, manage the marks sign-off process
  • Manage examination rooms and storerooms
  • Manage special examination processes and CL supplementary exams
  • Provide student support and resolve student queries related to Examinations and Results
  • Manage assignments, MCQ process, including late submissions process, irregularities, & QA Canvas to SIMS (marks)
  • Manage the examination team
Qualifications and Experience

A degree / NQF 7 qualification in Administration or a related field is essential

Minimum of 5 years' related experience in a large-scale distance-learning examination environment

Experience coordinating centralised events with decentralised campuses / staff is essential

Understanding of STADIO's distance and contact learning examination processes

Previous supervisory / team management experience is essential

Working knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets, and MS Office
