Overview

FHI Consulting Engineers are growing and have a new exciting position available.

We are seeking a motivated candidate to assist with structural designs, site inspections/meetings, and Revit modelling on a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects—from concept through to completion of construction.

Commencement

February 2026 (Earlier start if possible)

Working Hours

Workdays: Monday to Friday ; 08:00-17:00 (with willingness to work overtime when required)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Market-related; dependent on qualifications and experience

Office: Hybrid office arrangement (subject to change based on company needs)

Responsibilities

Assist with structural designs, conduct site inspections and meetings, and produce Revit models for residential, commercial, and industrial projects from concept to construction completion.

Requirements

• Minimum BTech or BEng qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar structural engineering role
• Design experience across residential, industrial and commercial structural projects
• Proficiency in all Prokon design modules, including Sumo, reinforcement detailing in Padds and Office 365
• Proficiency in Autocad and Revit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
• Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle
