As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll lead high-impact programs that shape growth, strengthen collaboration, and drive revenue excellence across diverse markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the strategic execution of CEO-led initiatives across the Zone
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment and collaboration across markets
  • Track, monitor, and report progress against strategic goals
  • Drive rapid deployment of high-impact initiatives and optimize resources
  • Champion Revenue Growth Management (RGM) excellence and data-driven execution
  • Oversee end-to-end project management of strategic programs
  • Enable integration between commercial, finance, and operational teams
  • Drive sustainable growth through pricing strategy, pack-price architecture, and trade investment optimization
Ideal profile
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years’ experience in FMCG, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven success managing multi-country portfolios and strategic transformation programs
  • Deep expertise in commercial strategy, revenue management, and market development in emerging markets
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, execution excellence, and stakeholder leadership
