The Strategy and Operations Manager is the engine room of the SPCA department. This role is responsible for translating organisational strategy into structured operational plans, tracking execution against milestones, coordinating cross‑departmental workstreams, and ensuring the Head of SPCA and department managers have the reporting, planning and governance support they need to deliver on Funda Wande's strategic objectives.
