Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a dynamic Training and Quality Manager to lead end-to-end learning and QA strategy across client accounts. You will mentor teams, engage stakeholders, and align with client requirements and regulatory needs.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proven experience in training and quality management within financial services or similar environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training and quality management.
• Experience in complex, multi-account environments (preferably Financial Services).
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders and clients.
• Demonstrated success in designing strategies that yield measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of strategic learning initiatives (onboarding, upskilling, leadership development).
• Drive continuous learning through coaching programs and modern methodologies.
• Establish training and quality assurance frameworks, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Define and analyse performance metrics to measure training effectiveness and business impact.
• Partner with senior leaders, clients, and teams to identify and implement improvements.
• Lead and develop Training and QA teams to maintain high-quality delivery.
