What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for leadership and critical roles
  • Lead external talent mapping and create targeted talent pools
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and P&OE Managers on workforce planning and pipelining
  • Build and own employer brand strategy and external brand presence
  • Manage strategic partnerships with sourcing platforms and agencies
  • Deliver hiring campaigns focused on key talent segments
  • Oversee digital talent platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (vacancy fill rate, time to hire, candidate experience)
  • Ensure alignment with Employment Equity and BBBEE goals
  • Champion candidate and hiring manager experience at every touchpoint
What You Bring
