Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Monthly Inbound and Placement MBRs for operational alignment.
• Support S&OP alignment by synchronizing inputs.
• Build frameworks for forecasting accuracy and adherence.

Skills

Program or project management experience

Working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)

SQL knowledge

Driving end-to-end delivery
