Job summary

Ceres Fruit Juice in Bloemfontein is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end logistics, procurement, and inventory for the Bloemfontein hub, aligning with production schedules and customer demand.

You will collaborate with growers, transport providers, and internal teams to improve processes, cut costs, and enhance service levels while ensuring compliance and sustainability across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive supply chain/logistics experience.
• Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with goals.
• Manage relationships with growers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
• Oversee inventory control, demand forecasting, and production planning.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and monitor KPIs for performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, customs, and sustainability standards.
• Identify and implement ERP/warehouse tech to improve visibility.
