• Extensive experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, risk modeling, and mitigation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, PRMIA) are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's enterprise-wide risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize key risks across all business functions, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks.
• Design and execute risk mitigation strategies and action plans, working collaboratively with department heads.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and the board of directors.
• Conduct periodic reviews of insurance policies and coverage to ensure adequacy.
