Job summary

The successful candidate will support the development of remuneration frameworks and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Candidates should have at least 5 years' experience in remuneration, ideally within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel competence are required.

Qualifications

  • Exposure in Pharmaceutical or FMCG Manufacturing.
  • Experience with reward frameworks and benchmarking tools.
