Concentrix South Africa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a strategic Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance strategy across a complex, multi-LOB environment in Retail & Mobile Services. You will oversee governance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Quality, Operations, Training, and Workforce Management to deliver superior customer outcomes.

The role requires proven quality leadership, strong analytics, and the ability to influence stakeholders across client and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Quality Management experience in a complex, multi-LOB/BPO environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with multiple client/internal priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead quality strategy and governance across several workstreams.

• Own and oversee quality frameworks across multiple LOBs while accommodating client requirements.
• Maintain strong governance, ensuring robust, consistent processes.
• Lead and coach the Quality team to ensure consistency and high standards.
