Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of operational supply chain experience required.
• FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Production Planning and Barnton software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage daily production schedules for all production units.
• Conduct capacity and procurement planning.
• Update and maintain master data daily and monitor forecast variances.
• Generate KPI reports and track adherence to processes.
• Communicate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to departmental strategy and implement tactical plans.
• Analyse historical performance and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
