The role focuses on optimising profitability models, forecasting methods and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a degree in finance or related field, plus 5 years in financial accounting or credit risk at a senior level, and solid SQL data analysis experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Financial Accounting or Credit Risk experience in a senior role.
• Exposure to financial drivers on the income statement and impairment levers.
• Experience with profit modelling and financial services understanding.
• Experience in data cleaning and analysing large datasets using SQL or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to define, optimise and execute the portfolio reporting and profitability agenda within a robust control framework.
• Assist in defining, optimising and implementing the Profitability framework.
• Assist in defining, optimising and implementing the Portfolio reporting framework and stakeholder engagement.
• Improve portfolio management and profitability models, forecasting techniques and trend analyses.
• Represent the team in forums and meetings, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
