Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in all aspects of Human Resources.
• 5+ years in a senior management role.
• Proven experience working with senior management.
• Working knowledge of Industrial Relations laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership on workforce planning.
• Lead compliance efforts with South African labor laws.
• Drive cultural transformation and change initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll submission.
• Facilitate upskilling, reskilling & cross-skilling.
