Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in the market research industry.
• Familiarity with DIY sampling platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of API integrations fundamentals.
• Fluency in business English with professional terminology familiarity.
• Exceptional organizational awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Proven relationship building with stakeholders.
• Strong passion for technology and process innovation.
• An at-home fibre internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply and Business Intelligence to identify optimization areas.
• Collaborate with Research Services to identify supply gaps.
• Maintain insightful performance reporting for Supply Partners.
• Drive rapid Supply API optimization with actionable feedback.
• Partner with Sales for high supply partner retention.
• Identify and resolve supply partner pain points.
• Maintain an effective level 1 support function.
• Liaise between supply partners and Product Management.
• Send potential partner leads to Supply Sales.
