Job summary

A global FMCG Group seeks a People, Culture and Labour Relations Manager to lead HR strategies and labour relations in Johannesburg. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of HR experience, with deep knowledge of South African labour legislation and union engagement strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset and excellent stakeholder management. The compensation package ranges from R1.5M to R2M plus a bonus.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ progressive HR experience with 5+ years in a senior generalist or labour relations role.
  • Deep knowledge of CCMA procedures and bargaining structures.
  • Experience in union engagements and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the organisation’s HR generalist agenda and lead labour relations.
  • Co-create and implement people strategies for business success.
  • Drive organisational effectiveness and compliance with legislation.
