Job summary

A leading agricultural research organization in South Africa is seeking an individual skilled in implementing organisational effectiveness strategies to enhance workplace engagement and culture. This role will involve driving change management initiatives, supporting HR teams, and developing a comprehensive change management strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring departmental structures are aligned with strategic objectives and driving the communication of organisational design principles. Responsibilities

  • Implement organisational effectiveness strategies focusing on design, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Drive the Organisation Effectiveness agenda and provide guidance to HR teams.
  • Support management of organisational design and change objectives.
  • Guide development of change management strategy tailored to ARC’s needs.
  • Monitor execution of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct readiness assessments for organisational change.
  • Develop communication plans for employee changes.
  • Analyse feedback from employees to improve change effectiveness.
  • Ensure departmental structures align with strategic objectives.
  • Communicate and promote organisational design principles.
  • Review workforce planning for alignment with strategy.
