Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager for our Randburg client. The role focuses on driving efficiency, streamlining processes, and supporting strategic initiatives through strong analytics and leadership.

You will lead cross-functional projects, implement new systems, and develop KPIs to track performance. A Bachelor’s in business is required, with MBA preferred, and a track record in Lean/Six Sigma is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years in operations management or business analysis.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and project management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support growth and objectives.
• Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of new systems and technologies to boost efficiency.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure operational success.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior operations staff.
