Job summary

A leading hygiene and sanitation solutions provider in Durban is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow strategic mining accounts. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in key account management, preferably in mining or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned mining clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Liaise with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare monthly account performance reports and forecasts.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Understanding of mining industry regulations and operational environments

Education

Matric (Grade 12) required; tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Mining-related field preferred
