Job summary

You will manage monthly journals, reconciliations, and KPI reporting while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A relevant finance degree and 1–2 years’ experience are preferred, with strong MS Office skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in service or similar industry; direct reports advantageous.
• English / additional SA languages advantageous
• Experience with Financial Information System and other Operational Support Systems.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Valid Driver’s license with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to operations and heads of departments with budget planning and forecasting.
• Prepare, capture and review annual budgets with guidance to operations.
• Reconcile monthly general ledger, communicate variances and ensure deadlines.
• Produce monthly management accounts for Group Financial Manager review.
• Manage asset and contract information and liaise with creditors on invoices.
