Job summary

A leading global spirits company is seeking a candidate in Johannesburg to develop and implement strategic business plans for key Off-trade accounts. Responsibilities include supporting business goals, managing customer negotiations, and monitoring market dynamics to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, have at least 6 years of commercial experience, and exhibit strong strategic and influencing skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years’ experience within a commercial environment, with 2 years in management.
  • Experience within the Off–Trade environment is essential.
  • Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for key Account customers.
  • Support Channel Director in achieving business goals.
  • Manage customer negotiations to achieve business objectives.
