Qualifications

• 5+ years HR generalist experience; 3+ years in a senior HRBP role.
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Exposure to manufacturing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR support across all levels of management.
• Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Lead strategic HR projects and change initiatives.
• Responsible for sourcing, interviews, onboarding.
• Handle disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
• Compile and present HR metrics and dashboards.
