Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership and people management exposure.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience in training and development, SETA liaison, and WSP/ATR submission.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR and Training team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the payroll function in collaboration with Finance.
