Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR processes including confirmations, job descriptions, and policy updates.
• Lead payroll processing for permanent and contract staff on Payspace.
• Oversee recruitment processes: vacancy advertising, CV screening, and interviews.
• Advise management on disciplinary processes and ensure HR compliance.
• Develop and implement annual training plans and talent management programs.
