Job summary

A telecommunications leader in South Africa seeks a Human Resources Consultant - Business Partnering. This role supports HR implementation and talent management strategies across various business areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience in telecommunications, focusing on performance management and operational issue resolution. An applicable tertiary qualification is required, and project management experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in HR in telecommunications, focusing on OD and talent management.
  • Experience solving operational issues with progressive HR practices.
  • Experience in project management and working across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the HR frontline implementation.
  • Provide input into risk mitigation and controls.
  • Report progress to the manager based on organizational metrics.
  • Assist in developing strategic talent management strategies.
