Job summary

A leading automotive company in South Africa is looking for a skilled HR professional to deliver operational HR objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong Labour Law background, at least 5 years of experience in HR, and the ability to influence management while maintaining employee relations. This role involves recruitment, employee onboarding, and participation in HR projects, aiming to foster positive work relationships and consistent policy application.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Generalist HR function.
  • Experience in a unionised environment is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of BCEA, LRA, Skills Development & Employment Equity legislation is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational HR objectives aligned with HR strategy.
  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Support performance management and employee relations.
