Job summary

A leading automotive manufacturer in South Africa is seeking an HR professional to deliver operational HR objectives aligned with their HR strategy. The role requires expertise in Labour Law and experience in a unionized environment. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, compliance with HR policies, and stakeholder management. Ideal candidates will have a strong HR background and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a Generalist HR function.
  • Working knowledge of BCEA, LRA, Skills Development, and Employment Equity legislation is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment and planning.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting.
  • Provide guidance on HR enquiries and support internal communication.

Education

NQF Level 6 qualification in HR or equivalent
