Job summary

A leading industrial company in Parow is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, demonstrated HR experience, and knowledge of South African labor legislation. Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of South African labour legislation, including BCEA, EEA, and LRA.
  • Familiarity with the metal industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Support all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Payroll Officer on benefits and payroll.
  • Submit WSP and ATR to MESETA.
  • Monitor IOD incidents compliance.
  • Submit EE and BEE reports.
  • Track and report on Health and Safety compliance.
