Job summary

A leading national retail organization based in Johannesburg is seeking a mid-senior level Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead the HR strategy and operations. This role requires a strategic leader with at least 5 years of senior HR experience, strong expertise in labour relations, B-BEE compliance, and a proven track record in managing large teams. The HR Manager will champion organizational culture and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour legislation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR leadership role in the fuel and retail sector.
  • Experience managing large, multi-site operations with over 4,000 employees.
  • Strong background in labour relations and Employment Equity.
