Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in the HR field.
  • 2-3 years experience in management.
  • Valid code 8 drivers license.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage payroll queries and administration.
  • Advise line managers on BCEA requirements.
  • Responsible for keeping the organograms updated.
  • Monitor training needs and skills gaps.
