Qualifications

  • 4-6 years HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in retail, logistics, or healthcare settings.
  • Exposure to transformation, skills development, and equity legislation (EE, BBBEE, SD).
  • Strong working knowledge of SA labour legislation and HR compliance practices.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on P&C solutions aligned with healthcare objectives.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to forecast staffing needs.
