Job summary

Joint Medical Holdings seeks an experienced executive to provide strategic and operational leadership across hospital services. You will implement the operational strategy, monitor performance, and oversee facilities and service delivery to ensure safe patient care.

You will work with a senior management team to drive growth, recruit specialists, and govern hospital operations while fostering an inclusive work environment and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in the healthcare sector.
• Minimum 5 years progressive senior management leadership in healthcare.
• Diploma or degree at least NQF Level 7 in business or health services management.
• Post-graduate qualification/MBA preferable.
• Experience in clinical and/or corporate governance strategies.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in facilities and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, professional, and managerial leadership for hospital operations.
• Develop and implement the hospital's operational plan aligned with group strategy.
• Monitor performance and ensure safe, effective clinical services delivery.
• Oversee facilities management and capital project delivery to standards.
• Collaborate with executives to drive growth and attract specialists.
• Foster inclusive culture and drive staff development and governance.
