• 5–8+ years in multi-property finance or group finance roles.
• Strong command of IFRS / GAAP, tax compliance, and hospitality KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with PMS, POS and ERP integrations.
• Detail-oriented with speed and accuracy under pressure.
