Placements24 is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. You will deliver critical insights to senior management, build robust financial models, and drive strategic initiatives in a hybrid East London setting.

The role requires 7+ years in FP&A, a strong background in Excel, BI tools, and finance systems, plus proven leadership in a matrix organization. Hybrid work and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CA(SA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing teams and working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and scenario planning.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare regular financial reports, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support.
• Enhance financial planning processes and tools for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
