Sanlam Life and Savings seeks a professional Financial Adviser to provide tailored advice, planning and products to clients. The role focuses on growing the adviser business through targeted marketing, networking, and compliant client engagements.

You will conduct fact-finding, develop financial plans, present solutions, and maintain long-term client relationships while meeting regulatory requirements. A strong emphasis on service, integrity and revenue growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or higher with FAIS Fit & Proper requirements.
• FSCA registration if applicable and regulatory examination completed.
• Strong financial planning knowledge and ability to present suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in growing the Sanlam Adviser Business by following distribution strategy and targets.
• Prospect and generate leads through face-to-face and social networks, building trusted relationships.
• Conduct client consultations and needs analyses to present compliant financial solutions.
• Provide ongoing client service, maintain records, and deliver value-added advice.
• Monitor activities and report weekly/monthly on contacts, appointments and outcomes.
