Job summary

A statutory public entity in Pretoria is seeking a Senior Manager: Finance & Supply Chain Management. This role involves providing strategic oversight, ensuring unqualified audit outcomes, and managing budgeting and procurement processes. Qualifications

• A recognised qualification at NQF Level 8.
• A relevant NQF Level 9 qualification will be an advantage.
• Professional accounting certification with a recognised body will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain unqualified audit opinions.
• Develop and implement the Finance and Supply Chain Management strategy.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial and supply chain management reports.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes.
• Manage the acquisition, recording, logistics, and disposal of assets.
• Develop, review, and manage the annual budget and APP budgetary input.
• Implement the procurement plan in support of organisational objectives.
• Oversee payroll and related financial functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial advice to executive leadership.
• Manage, mentor, and guide staff.
