Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ finance experience in the insurance sector or a related regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to insurance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage financial reporting, analysis, and month-end/year-end close.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
• Manage and develop the finance team and improve processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CA, CPA, or relevant professional certification

3+ years’ finance experience in the insurance sector

Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Fluency in English and at least one local language

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience with accounting systems/software, particularly SAGE

Valid driver’s licence

Own reliable vehicle
