Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is seeking a seasoned facilities and operations professional to oversee client premises, manage service delivery, and coordinate third party vendors. You will ensure optimal maintenance, safety compliance, and cost efficiency across the portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years in related work with at least 2 years in supervision, plus Refrigeration/HVAC/Electrical qualifications. Fluent English/Afrikaans; Portuguese helpful. Weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Technical qualification in Refrigeration/Electrical/Mechanical or HVAC is required.
• Additional related maintenance and client management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and direct activities of assigned buildings or client premises.
• Oversee service delivery, procure services, manage third party contracts and maintenance.
• Ensure facilities are well maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage third party providers and vendors daily.
• Respond to emergency call outs to ensure up time for the client.
• Direct preventive maintenance and cost-effective operations.
