3R Consulting Ltd seeks a Buyer for a leading electrical wholesaler with a network across the North West of England. The role focuses on daily stock ordering, supplier negotiations for best terms, and monitoring stock integrity. Aims include timely deliveries and reduced discrepancies.

The position pays £20-23k basic and involves liaison with manufacturers and customers to meet delivery commitments and optimise stock levels.

Formación

• Daily stock ordering from manufacturers to maintain correct stock levels.
• Regular liaising with manufacturers to obtain maximum terms and discounts.
• Attention to detail to ensure that a minimum number of discrepancies occur.

Responsabilidades

• Generating and analysing reports to assist monthly forecasting of stock.
• Running stock checks, checking variances and adjusting the stocks.
• Organising return goods to suppliers and resolve delivery issues.
• Obtain quotes for bespoke customer requirements and work to get goods supplied within shortest lead time.
• Liaise with suppliers to receive the best discounts possible.
