Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in fitness/wellness program management, 3+ in leadership.
• Certifications from ACE, NASM, ACSM or equivalent are essential.
• Experience in budgeting and financial performance.
• Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and program design.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive strategic plan for all fitness and wellness programs.
• Oversee design, implementation, and evaluation of classes, services, and workshops.
• Lead team of fitness professionals and coach their development.
• Ensure safety, efficacy, and client satisfaction across programs.
• Manage program budgets and explore revenue opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote offerings and drive participation.
• Establish KPIs to measure program success and impact.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
