Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in management accounting, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage costing files for customer pricing decisions.
  • Liaise with procurement for cost updates and pricing adjustments.
  • Lead S&OP meetings with procurement and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop accurate costing through understanding production processes.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial manager support tasks.

Skills

Strong understanding of product costing and margin management
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Effective communicator and team leader
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems (Syspro preferred)
Strong organisational and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Education

BCom in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
CIMA qualified or actively working toward CIMA qualification
