Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in cost and management accounting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing and inventory accounting.
• Experience with financial variance analysis and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor manufacturing costs including materials, labour and overheads.
• Prepare and review product costing and BOM costings.
• Review overhead absorption rates for accurate cost allocation.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and drive efficiency with operations.
• Ensure costing data integrity within the ERP system.
• Conduct stock analyses and monitor inventory movements and valuation.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports.
• Assist budgeting, forecasts and monitor expenditure against budgets.
• Maintain internal controls over costing and reporting processes.
